Mayans Development partnered with the Commerce Community Development Commission to develop scattered infill sites located throughout the City. A total of 22 single family homes were constructed with 7 being restricted to households not earning more than 120% of median income adjusted per household size. The second and third phases of this partnership are currently being entitled and designed. 8 different State and Federal funding programs were secured and used for the sale of these homes.
